Ensure your phone is charged and you have good reception. Find a quiet, private location where you can speak freely about your health concerns.

We recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (latest versions). Make sure your browser is updated for the best experience and security.
Check Your Internet Connection
For accessing your dashboard and documents, use a stable WiFi connection. This ensures quick loading of your medical records and forms.
Clear Cache If Issues Persist
If you experience loading issues, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page. This resolves most technical problems.
Mobile Device Tips
On mobile, ensure your phone is charged and has good signal strength. Be in a quiet location for your phone consultation with the doctor.
Update Your Contact Info
Make sure your phone number is correct in your account settings. The doctor will call you at the number on file during your scheduled appointment.
Common Issues & Solutions
Missed the doctor's phone call
If you missed the call, the doctor typically tries again within 5-10 minutes. If you miss both attempts, contact support to reschedule your appointment.
Can't see my documents
Documents are generated after your appointment is completed. Check your dashboard under the specific appointment. If still missing, contact support.
Payment failed
Verify your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Try a different payment method or contact your bank if the issue continues.
Didn't receive confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folder. Add [email protected] to your contacts. You can also view all appointments in your dashboard.
Account locked
After multiple failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset option.
Wrong phone number on file
Update your phone number in your account settings before your appointment. Go to Settings > Profile and update your contact information.
